Educational Program Sponsorship (CE or Speaker)
Three established educational investment plans are offered to industry sponsors: sponsor a course, a speaker, or a full day of continuing education.

$20,000 per full day of OD or paraoptometric courses or $35,000 per full day of both OD and paraoptometric courses
$6,000 per speaker for full conference
$4,000 per course**

REGISTRATION PROMOTIONS

Conference Bags/Badge Holders - $10,000 (One opportunity)

Long after the conference ends, attendees will use these attractive and useful bags with your company logo on them.

Conference Notepads - $2,500 (One opportunity)

Sponsor this item and have your logo printed on each conference notepad distributed to all attendees. These items will also be used long after the conference. These are always an attendee favorite.

Exhibit Hall Location Maps - $1,500

Prominently displayed in the lobby at the OptoWest high traffic entrance, these meter board expo hall maps, prominently display your company’s logo and booth number. They are a great navigational tool for all attendees.

Message Board - $1,500

Prominently placed in the registration lobby, the message board provides the day’s schedule of events and is the official message site for all attendees to check and leave messages. This board will be a hub of activity, serving all OptoWest attendees. Your company�s prominently displayed greeting will welcome all.

Conference Pens - $1,800

Conference pens are much appreciated by all attendees. Destined for their desk following the conference, your messaging lives on beyond the conference itself. The pens are conveniently handed out at registration.

Exhibit Hall Raffle - Call for costs (determined by item sponsored)

The Exhibit Hall Raffle invites attendees to visit your booth to see the prize your company is sponsoring. Each attendee receives raffle tickets in their conference bag. Your booth is identified as a raffle booth and attendees visit your booth to put their ticket(s) in your raffle box for the opportunity to win your prize.

PRINT ADVERTISING

Conference Bag Insert - $1,000 (Company provides the inserts)

This opportunity allows you to have one insert into the conference participant materials. You provide 1,000 copies of the pre-printed material to COA and it will be distributed to all attendees at registration!

Coupon Book - Call for pricing

A coupon book will be inserted in every convention bag, encouraging attendees to visit your booth and take advantage of your product promotions, special discounts or future offers. Get orders at the show, ready to go! (Available based on interest)

HOTEL PROGRAMS

Hotel Room Drops - Based on program

Deliver promotional materials, welcome packets, press releases, welcome or good night gifts, special event invitations, samples and booth traffic building coupons directly to hotel rooms of meeting attendees during peak nights. Room drops are convenient, provide flexible messaging and are a cost-effective exhibitor marketing tool, off-site of expo and free of advertising competition.

Hotel Key Cards - Based on program

Upon check-in, OptoWest hotel guests will receive a custom-designed keycard souvenir of the conference imprinted with your sponsorship logo.

Clingzees Advertising - $,4,000 (Sponsor provides the Clingzees)

OptoWest will arrange to have your clingzees ad affixed to doors or television screens of hotel guests registered for the conference.

On the Exhibit floor for two hours in the afternoon, the idea of ice cream, chocolate and cookies will bring attendees running to meet this sponsor.
